1972 Ford Mustang Grande Two Door Hardtop

When was the last time you could by a new 1972 Mustang? With just 4,862 miles from new, we are proud to offer this 1972 Ford Mustang Grande Hardtop Coupe, one of only 18,045 built.

Powered by the original 302 cubic-inch Ford small-block V8 with the FMX Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission and 2.79:1 ratio rear axle, this Survivor-quality Grande is optioned with AM radio, heater, full wheel covers, new white wall radial tires and the Grande model luxury package.

The car is finished in the original Gold Glow poly with a brown vinyl top over the likewise Ford factory-fresh Ginger Lambeth cloth and Corinthian vinyl bucket seat interior.

This car even includes the original bill of sale and 'SOLD' tag from Foss Motors Ford of Etna, PA, the original Owners Manual, Owner card, warranty card, Ford oil change brochure, emissions system papers, visor instructions, prep sticker behind the rear license plate - all the neat papers that go back to day one.

Per the Marti report and the paperwork on hand, this car was built in Dearborn on January 31, 1972 and sold new at Foss Motors in Etna, PA. They sold the new owner a Ziebart or similar rustproofing treatment when new; as such, it still has the rustproofing material on the chassis and under the hood, which we have found is easily removable if you desire to do so.
