1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible SELLING WITHOUT RESERVE/ABSOLUTE

Description:

Being offered without reserve from the William A.C. Pettit, III estate collection is this 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. This fantastic one-repaint survivor is powered by its original 273 cubic-inch, 235 horsepower Power Pack 4-barrel V-8 engine with the TF-727 Torqueflite automatic transmission. It is equipped with power steering, factory-original road lamps, simulated wood rim steering wheel, power top and much more. The car is finished in a white exterior over a white interior accented by blue trim and carpets and a white top. It was purchased during the 1970s by Bill Pettit off a Charlottesville, VA used car lot - its original owner was the Holiday Inn innkeeper in Charlottesville and was purchased there new.

The second-generation Barracuda was introduced for the 1967 model-year, fully redesigned with Barracuda-specific sheet metal styling and its own range of models including convertibles as well as fastback and notchback hardtops.
